The SOUTHCOM 3D UDOP is fusing data following the 27 Feb events in Chile to the globe. Users are building situational awareness of conditions on the ground after the 8.8 magnitude earthquake by integrating relevant layers of content from participating organizations.
SOUTHCOM is building layers as well. See the Chilean Tab under View: KML
